Duties

• Manage mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
• Oversee entity structuring and formation.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and joint ventures.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in corporate and securities law.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
