A well-established law firm based in Dallas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its personal injury and criminal defense practice. Duties

  • Conduct litigation and represent clients in court

  • Interview clients and manage ongoing communications and case updates

  • Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and filings

  • Attend hearings, trials, and court appearances as needed

  • Collaborate with the legal team to achieve optimal results for clients

  • Maintain thorough documentation and case files

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing law

  • Experience handling personal injury and/or criminal defense cases preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Client-service-oriented with a professional demeanor

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, litigation-focused environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Active license and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
