Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team in Delray Beach, Florida. This role involves managing an uncontested caseload and handling matters from first legal through post-judgment. The attorney will utilize their legal expertise to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients.

Duties

  • Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and non-jury trials, both remotely and in person.
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence, and motions.
  • Analyze and review complaints, motions, documents, and final judgments.
  • Conduct legal research and produce written work.
  • Provide legal analysis and communicate with clients regarding case matters.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Florida Bar, maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements.
  • At least two years of foreclosure experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Member of the Florida Bar
