Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on investment transactions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in investment management or related fields.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an LL.M. in Tax.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Tax.
