Duties:

• Represent diverse clients, including institutional lenders, national banks, non-traditional finance firms, and judgment creditors across Washington, Oregon, and California

• Manage a caseload involving commercial debt recovery, enforcement of judgments, and bankruptcy proceedings

• Develop litigation strategies and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Coordinate with legal teams and clients to deliver tailored legal solutions

• Engage in professional development and receive guidance from senior attorneys

• Attend hearings and other court proceedings as needed

Requirements:

• Active law license in Washington or California

• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice, preferably in commercial litigation or creditors’ rights

• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing capabilities

• Comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative legal environment

• Highly motivated with a desire to build a career in a niche legal field

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Washington or California (additional admissions in Oregon preferred)
