Senior Corporate Transactional Attorney

The candidate will be drafting, negotiating, and closing on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Must bring with them a portable book of business.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Must be an excellent writer with finely honed analytical skills, able to handle multiple matters with independence and sound judgment, and able to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external senior management and real estate and governmental officials as well as with other attorneys of the firm.
