Duties

• Appear in court daily, both in-person and virtually, for conferences, motions, and other matters.
• Manage a caseload and assignments of litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, review and approve pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Work directly with senior management and clients to lead matters to resolution.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff in responding to legal demands.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the MA bar.
• Self-directed with attention to detail and ability to manage workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with clients.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the MA bar.
