Duties

• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals and legal assistants.

• Represent clients at mediations, trials, and hearings.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience litigating personal injury cases in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts.
• At least three years of personal injury experience.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law.
