A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will lead and expand the commercial litigation practice, manage high-stakes cases, and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Duties

• Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from inception through trial or resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract and fraud claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by offering business-minded legal solutions.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to provide integrated services for multifaceted legal issues.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Drive business development efforts and participate in firm marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the firm's leadership and strategy through management decisions and practice development.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• At least 7+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Extensive trial and courtroom experience in federal and state courts.
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to attract and retain clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
