Job Overview:

A reputable full-service law firm in Southwest Florida is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its transactional real estate practice. This role is ideal for attorneys with at least 3 years of experience handling complex real estate matters, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, title review, lending, and community association law. Location:

  • Naples, FL

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements

  • Review and analyze title insurance commitments, surveys, and related due diligence

  • Draft and review commercial leases and related documentation

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial loan documents for lenders and borrowers

  • Advise clients on community association matters and general real estate representation

  • Support clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate transactions

  • Collaborate with legal teams and firm leadership on client strategy and project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law

  • Proficiency in real estate contract drafting, title/survey review, and lending transactions

  • Prior exposure to community association law and governance issues is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar

Skills:

  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail in reviewing contracts, leases, and title documents

  • Solid understanding of Florida real estate law and commercial transactions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
