This position involves leading high-stakes cases from early investigation through trial, advocating for injured clients, and working closely with internal teams to drive results. Duties:

• Oversee a docket of active personal injury cases from pre-suit through trial

• Prepare and respond to discovery, conduct depositions, and manage fact development

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions

• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to move cases forward efficiently

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida

• Minimum of five (5) years of recent hands-on litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury

• Proficient in courtroom advocacy, legal writing, and client interaction

• Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced caseload independently

• Strong analytical mindset and organizational discipline

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a U.S. law school accredited by the ABA

Certifications:

• An active Florida Bar license is required
