Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a business and transactional attorney; 10 years preferred.
  • Must be licensed in South Dakota or eligible to become licensed.
  • Valid driver's license.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in South Dakota.
