Requirements

  • California-barred attorney with 4+ years of legal research and writing experience in employment law.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a focus on persuasive legal arguments.
  • Experience with dispositive motions, appellate filings, or high-impact briefs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school required.

Certifications

  • Valid California Bar license.
