Duties

• Represent clients in high-value personal injury trials, utilizing strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case analysis, strategy development, discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop comprehensive trial strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil law experience, with a preference for personal injury.
• At least 1 year of trial or litigation experience.
• Admission to the Oregon Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
