A law firm in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing injured workers, managing their cases from inception through resolution, and providing expert legal counsel. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective advocacy throughout the legal process.
• Advise clients on their rights and options under workers' compensation law.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including claims, petitions, and motions.
• Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage and organize case files, documentation, and timelines efficiently.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
• Provide exceptional client service through regular communication and updates on case status.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
