Duties

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
  • Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely case progression.
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
  • Effectively update and complete tasks in FileVine, our case management software.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
