A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney in Jefferson City. This role involves working within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, managing complex commercial litigation, and representing clients in various insurance coverage matters.

Duties

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
  • Work closely with partners on complex litigation matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in litigation.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and case planning.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
  • Admission to the state bar corresponding to the office location.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
  • Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
