Duties

  • Oversee support staff such as paralegals and clerks.
  • Write and review title abstracts, summaries, and contracts.
  • Cooperate with city boards and agencies to obtain permits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of property management and business law.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining an active CA Bar License in good standing.
  • Strong passion for litigation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active law license in the state and membership in the local bar association.
