Job Overview

A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their eDiscovery & Litigation Services team. This position is available in any of the firm's offices, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional client services.

Duties

  • Promote the firm's discovery resources and capabilities through training and relationship building.
  • Advise case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and technology use.
  • Provide training on litigation applications and best practices.
  • Advise on document preservation and collection strategies.
  • Draft Litigation Hold Notices and conduct client interviews for document collection.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT departments for document collections.
  • Develop strategies for data culling and craft search terms for document review.
  • Advise on efficient document reviews and supervise contract attorney review teams.
  • Collaborate on document production specifications and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with Relativity.
  • Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.
  • Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
