Requirements

  • Active bar membership.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration litigation matters in federal district court.
  • Demonstrated experience in immigration law or federal litigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research using legal platforms.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States for court hearings or conferences.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages preferred.
  • Additional experience in specific immigration law specialties is a plus.
