Duties

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Washington license required; Oregon license preferred.

  • Experience in construction defect litigation, professional malpractice, or premises liability preferred.
  • Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage caseload and work independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Washington license required.
  • Active Oregon license preferred.
