A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, engaging in a variety of employment litigation and advisory matters.

Duties

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters.
• Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour matters, and employment class actions.
• Provide employment counseling and advice (preferred).
• Engage in traditional labor matters, including arbitrations and labor negotiations.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in labor and employment matters.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Motivated to join a national Labor and Employment practice.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• California Bar admission (required).
