Duties

• Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters, including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, and Adversary Proceedings.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars.
• 0-3 years of bankruptcy experience.
• Residency in Baltimore, Maryland or Alexandria, Virginia.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Licensed with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars.
