• Draft and review estate planning documents for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Provide strategic advice on business succession planning and private trust companies.
• Develop and implement charitable giving strategies, including work with private foundations.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to offer integrated legal solutions to clients.
• Manage and maintain client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business succession, or charitable giving.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required.
