Associate Attorney needed for Corona office

Location:

• Corona, California

Duties:

• Manage and litigate family law cases from start to finish, including trial preparation

• Represent clients in court for matters related to divorce, child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, protective orders, and paternity

• Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and pleadings

• Conduct legal research and provide case strategy input

• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal advice with empathy and clarity

• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases

• Maintain accurate and timely tracking of billable hours

• Ensure all client and case management responsibilities are fulfilled

Requirements:

• Experience practicing family law

• Ability to independently handle a full caseload with courtroom experience

• Strong organizational, analytical, and case management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues

• Commitment to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California (required)

• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) or eligibility is a plus
