Duties

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
• Maintain and build client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and written discovery.
• Negotiate contracts and draft agreements.
• Attend facilitative mediation and settle claims.
• Advocate for clients in court, including arguing motions and trying cases.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• License to practice law in Michigan.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Michigan.
