Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases with a focus on personal injury defense and transportation matters
• Provide timely and efficient client service, maintaining high standards of client communication
• Work closely with a senior partner to manage a diverse and active caseload
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment, while managing deadlines and multiple priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury defense and transportation litigation
• Admitted to the Texas Bar
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar
