Immigration Attorney

San Gabriel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will primarily deal with immigration law cases and small percentage of criminal defense cases. Will formulate strategy in litigation. Assess liability and damages and develop documentation required for a successful outcome. Handle motions, arbitrations, and jury trials. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Manage heavy litigation caseload. California Bar membership in good standing is required.

The candidate should have excellent communication, research and writing skills. Desire to take ownership of files and move them forward towards resolution is required. Should be committed and exhibit excellent customer service. Excellent attention to detail in following all deadlines is needed. Ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers is essential. Strong technology skills (e-filing, electronic discovery, some experience with litigation software a plus) are a must. Should exhibit excellent communication and listening skills. Positive attitude and leadership qualities are needed.
