Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Experience in data center real estate transactions is preferred but not required.

Duties

  • Manage complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Handle acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
  • Negotiate and draft leasing agreements.
  • Advise on entitlements and construction law matters.
  • Assist with tax incremental and conventional financing.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate law.
  • License to practice in Wisconsin or eligibility to waive into the Wisconsin Bar.
  • Superior academic credentials.

Education

  • Law degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
