Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Chair client corporate meetings.
• Draft complaints, answers, and conduct discovery.
• Prepare witnesses and handle depositions.
• Engage in motion practice, trial preparation, and conduct trials.
• Advise clients on case status and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Ohio.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Experience representing governmental organizations in civil litigation is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and sophisticated software.
• Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends for client meetings.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
