Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level IP Trademark Associate for its Minneapolis office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries on intellectual property matters.

Duties

• Conduct trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, registration, and maintenance.
• Engage in trademark licensing and enforcement matters as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to address complex litigation issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a national trademark practice.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional academic record.
• Good standing with the Minnesota Bar or ability to be admitted promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
