• Work on hardware and communications security, including encryption and decryption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Admission to the USPTO.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications
