Duties

• Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employee benefits.
• Provide advisory services on executive compensation arrangements.
• Assist with EBEC transaction support.
• Advise on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Guide clients on health and welfare plan issues.
• Contribute to plan design and administration.

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits compliance and regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and related guidance.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters collaboratively.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office is located.
