Requirements:

• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience

• Strong background in trial preparation, legal writing, and research

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting

• High ethical standards and professional demeanor

• Familiarity with maritime, railroad, or construction disputes is advantageous but not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
