Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of arbitration matters, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
  • Draft and review pleadings, responses, motions, and settlement proposals.
  • Represent clients in arbitration hearings, conferences, and negotiations.
  • Maintain up-to-date case tracking and status updates for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, client guidelines, and firm protocols.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless case flow.
  • Provide guidance on arbitration processes to paralegals and support staff.
  • Participate in developing or refining firm procedures for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in arbitration and debt recovery litigation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume docket.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
