Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business law matters
Draft and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, and transactional documents
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance
Provide strategic legal guidance to business clients on regulatory compliance, employment, and risk management issues
Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions as needed
Collaborate with clients and internal legal teams on ongoing legal needs
2–5 years of experience in corporate or business law
Demonstrated experience handling transactional matters and contract negotiation
