Las Vegas office of our client seeks attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in the bad faith litigation and insurance coverage team. Must preferably have experience preparing coverage opinions dealing with liability and property coverages. Experience litigating coverage and bad faith matters, such as appearing in court, preparing discovery and dispositive motions, and attending depositions, is helpful.
