Financial Services Associate

Calgary office of our client seeks a financial services associate with 3-5 years of relevant private practice experience. The candidate will work with the firm's diverse clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border lending, mortgage loan, financing, insolvency, and restructuring matters. Experience in multi-jurisdictional lending, private equity, asset-based lending, and oil and gas would be considered an asset. Must have strong professional and academic credentials.
