Senior Associate Attorney

A law firm in Columbia is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to undertake high-impact tasks, manage a caseload and staff, conduct trials and appeals, and stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills, experience in Workers’ Compensation law, and a commitment to client-oriented activities.

Job Duties:

• Take depositions, manage own caseload and staff, conduct trials and appeals independently.
• Maintain a profound understanding of evolving legal landscapes.
• Draft concise research articles for the firm's client newsletter.
• Deliver educational presentations to clients.
• Actively participate in other client-oriented activities.
• Craft persuasive arguments, both in writing and speech.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• Preference given to attorneys with prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law.

Education:
