Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters related to insurance defense

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda

• Participate in pre-trial and trial proceedings, including depositions and court appearances

• Conduct legal research and formulate strategic recommendations

• Maintain client communication and manage case files from inception through resolution

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and meet litigation deadlines

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois

• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and insurance-related claims

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Illinois State Bar and in good standing
