Duties

• Advise on all areas of employee benefits, including ERISA.
• Design, establish, and maintain various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Four to ten years of experience in Employee Benefits law.
• Strong academic background.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of New York.
