Senior Trial Attorney

Location:

• Miami Lakes, FL

Duties:

• Take full lead on trial litigation from inception through verdict

• Depose expert witnesses and manage complex discovery

• Conduct mediations, hearings, and jury trials in high-stakes injury cases

• Strategize and argue motions in court

• Oversee litigation teams, including junior attorneys, paralegals, and case managers

• Ensure litigation protocols and SOP compliance are followed across teams

• Collaborate with firm leadership to maintain case quality and outcomes

• Mentor and train junior litigation staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Proven track record with at least 10 first-chair jury trials to verdict

• Experience managing complex, catastrophic injury cases involving large policy limits

• Excellent oral advocacy, strategic litigation planning, and trial preparation skills

• Leadership ability to manage litigation teams and mentor junior lawyers

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Mastery of trial strategy, evidence, and courtroom procedure
