Duties

• Represent clients injured by asbestos exposure.
• Prepare asbestos disease cases collaboratively.
• Travel extensively to meet clients and witnesses.
• Conduct interviews to gather and evaluate information.
• Examine records such as Social Security and medical records.
• Prepare and conduct depositions of fact witnesses.
• Summarize testimony from depositions.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of attorney experience; personal injury or asbestos experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
