McMasters Keith Butler, Inc. was started in late 2009 by Beth McMasters, Karen Keith and Ashley Butler, in response to a need to expand the choice of litigation law firms in Louisville to one owned and operated by women and run much more efficiently, while maintaining top quality services. Since that time, we have been honored to be among the most experienced health care litigation firms in Kentucky. The members of our firm have continued to provide aggressive representation and excellent results to many satisfied clients. We work closely with clients to limit exposure and costs through alternative dispute resolution, if possible, but have tried many cases to juries all over the state. Clients rely on McMasters Keith Butler for their health law questions and to engage in investigation necessary after adverse events in addition to litigation and appellate needs.
