Steven Stiller joined the firm founded by his father, Norman Stiller, in 1979 and assumed a managing partner role together with Moira Buxbaum in 1990 in Stiller + Buxbaum, the predecessor firm of Stiller Kim, PC. Mr. Stiller is an alumnus of the University of California at Berkeley and received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. He was a member of the first group of attorneys to receive certification as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law in 1989. Mr. Stiller has lectured widely, including programs conducted for the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Barrister's Club and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association. A dual citizen of Switzerland and the United States, he is an attache to the Swiss Consulate representing legal interests of Swiss citizens in the western region of the U.S. Mr. Stiller has retired from the practice of law.
