WE OFFER INNOVATIVE FEE ARRANGEMENTS

Most law firms offer a "one-size-fits-all" approach to both case strategy and fee arrangements. While a traditional billable hour model is appropriate for some cases, it may not be the best option for all cases. That is why Lewis & Llewellyn is willing to consider a variety of alternative fee arrangements on a case-by-case basis. These arrangements include hybrid hourly, contingency fee, fixed fee, subscription fee, success-based bonuses, and early resolution bonuses.

Our goal is always to win at a reasonable cost, and we stay focused on that goal throughout every stage of the case.

We know that disputes typically resolve in one of three ways: the case goes to trial (or arbitration), one side wins via dispositive motion, or the parties settle. From the beginning of any dispute, we focus with laser-like precision on a path to victory in all three scenarios. Every strategy decision is designed to set up a win at trial, a victorious dispositive motion, or to promote a favorable settlement. And while most cases settle, our experience tells us that clients who are prepared to go to trial almost uniformly achieve better results. Our goal is always to win at a reasonable cost, and we stay focused on that goal throughout every stage of the case.
