?Now with the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, Codilis continues to serve its clients by enhancing its existing loss mitigation practices and expanding efforts to assist with commercial work and Texas originations.

As always, the highly trained Codilis professionals continue to provide full service foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO title and closing services in each of its states, and have offered an end-to-end model that allows clients to retain the value of the foreclosure title product through the REO closing while being open to uncovering creative solutions for its clients.
