Founded in 2003 by Natalie Lynch, Lynch Law Firm, PLLC has grown to have its own independent clientele and market niche. Natalie?s clients represent several industries across the nation. At her core, she believes in the dignity of the workplace and each employee. Her company mantra is that even though good people make mistakes, employers should not have to suffer those mistakes.

Lynch Law Firm, PLLC has a prescribed investigative process that is nimble, fair, cost-conscious, and defendable. Natalie prides herself on being cost-conscious, respectful, and cognizant of workplace disruptions and a valuable partner in managing workplaces. Although she and her team primarily perform workplace investigations, the skills and experiences gained during those investigations position the investigators to have unique insights into other ancillary services we provide, such as training, drafting handbooks, and reviewing policies.

Giving Back to Our Community

Each month, Lynch Law Firm, PLLC contributes more money to community interests than it pays in rent. In particular, it contributes to the Texas Humane Legislative Network (THLN), but it also makes donations to organizations like the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) and Emancipet. Natalie Lynch, strongly believes that animal welfare can and should be increased through mainstream protections and practical infrastructure. As a result, many of the financial contributions made are to like-minded animal welfare organizations.

The firm makes contributions to organizations like Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association (MAMAs) and Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (AGLCC), for whom Natalie has served as a guest lecturer. These donations are sent to organizations that generally raise the standard of ethics and impact made by empowered groups of individuals.

Lynch Law Firm, PLLC's employees are encouraged to find their own community empowerment passions, and it dedicates its personnel and resources to such endeavors.
