They are supportive, constructive and make my work life super efficient and fun.ConsEveryone has room for improvement, no one is perfect. The company asks for it's flaws and does its best to adjust if in their power. I don't feel comfortable stating any specific con's as I am happy with my employment and even though things could always improve, I am not someone that tries to fix something that isn't broken.
