Law Office of Richard G. Fontana

Richard is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He became the Senior Law Clerk to Hon. Lee P. Gagliardi, United States District Court, Southern District, N.Y. and then he went into general practice of law with a Yonkers firm. After 20 years, he started his own law frim in White Plains, N.Y.

While experienced in many areas of the law, Richard's practice is concentrated in real estate, general estate law and general business law. He handles all types of transactions including commercial, residential and asset business sales, purchases, wills & testaments, probate and estate administration. Richard also handles litigation in Surrogate Court, construction disputes and personal injury. Richard is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.

Richard is a current member the New York Sate Bar Association and the White Plains Bar. He has been an active member of his community including past Chairman and Member of Yonkers, and his church counsel. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and former Rotarian.
